- Breed list may change at the property management’s discretion. No mix of restricted breeds is accepted.
Residents are responsible for setting up their electric (paid directly to HSV Utilities). Water/sewer (Paid with rent and fluctuates monthly based on usage).
Optional fees include storage ($20–$100/month), reserved parking ($75/month). First-come, first-served parking is free.
- Lease break: 60-day notice, 2-month buy-out fee, and concession payback
